Manual drum lift trucks can lift, handle, rotate, tilt and drain chemicals from fully loaded drums or chemical drums. The drum has a double protective finger lock to ensure the balance of the drum being lifted. The oil barrel can be locked vertically to prevent oil or chemicals from overflowing from the oil barrel, and the oil barrel can be locked horizontally to prevent oil or chemicals from being discharged from the gas nozzle. When unlocked, the drum can be repeatedly rotated to agitate the oil or chemicals inside, and can be fixed by hand at any angle.
